Dr kadwa....need help..sore throat fever

I am 18 years old...
From yesterday evening I am feeling very cold..
I am also feeling feverish.
There is also a little heaviness in the head..
I also get a sensation of sore throat..
thirst is high..
Dr Kadwa plz help urgently

Please take Nux Vomica 200 in the morning and evening for 3 days.

Only problem is i have developed mouth ulcer below my lower lip..It is very painful..What should I take???
Is it a side effect of the medicine...Reply
