Sore throat with mild fever
Gender: FemaleAge: 28
Weather: Summer with High 80 F and Low 60F, intermittent rain
Symptom:
Sore throat, throat pain, difficulty to eat or drink
But warm drinks feels good and relieves the throat symptom for sometime
Feels like sensation of lump with sharp edges (like spiky ball) in the middle of the throat
Severe Headache, Eye pain, body pain
Fever around 100.5 F, body feels hot
Much weakness in body, feels like to stay in bed but to change position every now and then
Much restlessness in sleep, disturbed sleep, waking up from sleep with headache and throat pain
Feeling chilly, want to cover myself with warm clothes
No thirst
Symptoms relieved by warm drinks
Normal appetite
I have taken Phytolacca 30C in wet dose 4 times yesterday.
But not much improvement seen.
Please suggest a remedy for my case.

Take,
Arsenicum album 30c 3 times a day only for 3 days
(1 dose is 2 drops or 4 globules directly on tongue)
Avoid camphor, coffee, garlic, mint, perfumes..
Do not take any other homoeopathic medicine along with this.
Please do not take anything 20 min before and after the medicine.

Thanks for your prescription.
I have taken Arsenic 30C as you prescribed and I am feeling lot better now. Most of the body pain and throat pain is gone.
Right now, I still have a slight feverish feeling. My throat pain has moved to right side and only 20% of the pain remains. I still have some weakness remaining.
Please let me know the next steps if any.

Continue arsenic 30c for 3 days more.
And take calc phos 6x
4-4-4 tablets 3 times a day for one week

Thanks for your prescription.
I have taken Arsenic and Calc Phos as you prescribed for last 3 days.
The weakness has reduced a little bit. But the throat condition remained the same. I still have the soreness present and it feels like the pain increased a little bit today. Please suggest.

I had a party yesterday where I had some cold drinks. Sometime after having the cold drink I started felling the throat pain increasing.
After waking up today I felt my throat pain increased and feverish feeling. The symptoms are as follows :-
Sore throat, Scratchy like razor sharp throat pain
pain at the middle of the throat, not able to swallow
restless sleep, inclination to changing positions during sleep
throat pain feels worse during sleep
feverish feeling
Heavy head with slight headache
warm drinks feels better
no energy left, feels like staying in the same position
yellow water like liquid stool
no thirst of water
normal appetite of food

From 4th day apis 30c 3 times a day (1 dose is 2 drops or 4 globules) for 3 days
