hair loss

Hi Dr.

I am 32 yrs - male with 5'11 height and 76 KG.


My scalp is itchy, dry, red, rough, rash all the time. Hairs are thin and when they fall I can see the roots. Middle area of head is almost bald. And in middle area there are pimples and scars are more. Quickly loosing hairs.

I am using mild baby shampoo from last 6 months on daily basis before going office. Most of hairs are white therefore, I use hair dye (dark brown color in once in 3 month). Sometimes I have applied yoghurt and egg yolk to cope with dryness.

I have gone through medical treatment and used antibiotic Minoxidil and Hair Soft and multivitamins tablets.

My diet is normal. Being software engineer, my work is more mental work than physical. So I spent lot of time working on computer.

I am living in middle east where tap water is hard-water with added chlorine for desalination.

Please advise me some useful medicines.
