Since I was waiting for your next advice, I stopped taking the medicine last Monday. So there has now been a gap of 3 days in between.
Probably due to this gap last night I felt decline in ED. Please advice.

Thank you for the advice. I will buy Avena Sitva-Q today.
The prescribed medicine dose, as I understand, is 10 drops each of Yohimbinum-Q & Aventa Sitva-Q twice daily; to be taken for 15 days. Is that correct?
Please let me know if any care is to be taken while taking these medicines together.

Dear Dr. Mahfooz,
Tomorrow it will be 2 weeks since I have been taking your adviced Yohimbinum-Q & Aventa Sitva-Q (in 10 drops twice daily dose). It has helped ED and PE both.
Please let me know if I have to discontinue the medicine now or taper it gradually. FYI, Yohimbinium was taken for 3 weeks before this combined dose, which makes it altogether 5 weeks since I have been taking it.

On completion of recommended duration for the use of Yohimbinum-Q & Aventa Sitva-Q (in 10 drops twice daily dose) I have discontinued their use and is now waiting for you next advice.

Dear Doctor,
For last one month or so my condition has relapsed and I have serious ED.

5. weight : 78Kg
6. Height: 5.9
7. climate : Moderate
8. List of your complaints (actually you should list all the problems in your body and mind. )
(1) ED
(2) GERD (basically due to stress) but intensity and frequency has lately been reduced.
(3) Recent loss of weight, probably due to excessive long work hours and short sleep duration.
9. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint?
(1) ED: 2-3 years
(2) GERD: 7-8 years
10. Diabetic/Blood Pressure ? NO
11. Desire sweets/sour/salt: Desire for sweets mostly after taking meals
12. Thirst: Inreased thirst with dry throat.
14. Tongue and Taste: Slightly white coated. Taste is normal
15. Current BP (without medicine and with medicine) : Normal mostly in the range of 120/80
15a. tell me about ...stool, urine, : Stool more towards semi solid. Frequency of bowel movement increases during work.
There is slight burning sensation after passing urine.
16. What exactly is happening?
ED male genital either gets soft or does not erect at the time of fore play or coition.
There is transparent discharge as soon we engage in intimate relation.
17. How do you feel?
Thoughts about failure makes the feeling even worst.
18. How does this affect you?
Effects the love live.
19. How does it feel like?
Feels depressed and incomplete
20. What comes to your mind?
Sense of failure.
21. One situation that had a big effect on you?
Cannot recall

Fear of failure soon takes over, which contributes to cooling down emotions

Tried an Alternate Medicine for short period. Slightly and momentarily helped but did not provide permanent cure.
Following prescriptions were taken earlier as per doctors advice:
Recommendation 1:
Nuxvomica-30 five drops per dose after meal particularly at night while going to bed --- took it for one week.
Recommendation 2:
Yohimbenium-Q (10 drops morn and even for 3 weeks)
Recommendation 3:
10 drops each of Yohimbinum-Q & Aventa Sitva-Q twice daily; taken for 15 days.
There was gradual improvement in both ED & PE and no problem faced for last six months or 7-8 months. However, for last one week I feel sever ED problem to the extent that emotions get totally cold at the peak time.

Likes sea food. But takes almost everything that is made available.

Bit emotional. Emotions may momentarily take over the feelings.

Emotional/Aggrevational behavior has decreased with the passage of time.
33. Attach here your photographs of the affected area. (if required/optional)
