Masturbation AcneI am 18 years old .
I am 5 ft and 10 inches tall.
I started masturbation when was around 15 . At first I set out to do it daily . there wasnt any
problem until I turned 16 . Then mild acne start to breakout on my face . Though it wasnt serious . But after i turned 16 there was some serious acne on my face which i thought was hormonal and there was not that i could have done about it. after that I got busy in work and didn't masturbated for 2-3 weeks and I was surprised all my acne disappeared and there wasnt even any marks . But after a while i got back to the routine and it continued , as I wasnt sure about it and I my skin healed quickly in two or three days . But since the last two year I have been trying to quit and I have reduced it to utmost once a week . Also I faced nocturnal emissions after a while but lately I have figured out that if i dont look at porn at all it doesn't happen though its a bit hard to avoid it totally . I have a girlfriend and I can't abstain from ejaculation totally (dont judge me ). The acne has affected a lot on my self esteem and confidence . It has increase my anxiety and I spend a long time in front of a mirror . I want a medicine that cure the occurrence of acne after masturbation . I have tired Nat mur 30 C for about a month but not the kind of strong effect I wanted . Zinc tablets and cod liver oil were a waste too . Please help me I would really appreciate it
