I took Sepia 3 days after menstral cycle ended ..30 ch
4 pills and I started spotting , next day severe cramps. In bed all day cramps so bad and feel nautious. What do I do? Did I use wrong remedy. Will these cramps stop?
Any advice will help

do not worry for the time being you must take 2doses of Mag. Phos-200(five drops per dose)with interval of 1/2 hour. Hopefully you will become comfortable.
