Weakness & sore glands -possible flu

Can anyone help please?
I started feeling unwell with flu like symptoms and took infludo homeopathic mixed remedy (for flu) which seemed to help to some extent so stopped but after a week got extreme chilliness with flushed face and sore glands everywhere armpits, breasts, neck, chin etc. And shortly after started with extreme weakness of legs and knees and arms. Took infludo again. Almost 4 weeks on and symptoms have lessened but still get sore glands and weakness in legs and arms. Can't walk or do much. Exhaustion and weakness. Found this remedy on abc homeopathy -Mercurius Vivus. May this be ok? If so what potency would I need to use and how long for? Any other suggestions? Thanks very much for your help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Merc Viv 30 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects in few days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
