Frequent Urge For Urination

Dear Sir,

My sister 45 years old is feeling frequent urge for urination & feels that urinary bladder is full with urine but when she goes for urination only little urine passes & urge for urination still remains. sometime after passing the urine, mild pain is also experienced .

Kindly help
