Frequent urination urge

I am a 35 year old Male. I am 5’ 11, weight 73 with normal body type. For the last 4 months I am having an intermittent frequent urination urge. Although there is no incontinence but a few times I feel some drops passing in the penis, when I check, there are no drops coming out and sometimes a couple come out too after I have put on my trousers. I also sometimes feel burning but again that is intermittent. For the last three days, I am feeling pressure just above the penis and to the left. When I urinate, right after, I feel the need to urinate again bcoz of this pressure which is causing slight burning. I got my urine culture done which was alright, there was also no UTI. There was urine flow test which I got done on doctor’s advice and there he was of the view that the pressure was not good enough. One of the doctor’s, who was actually a surgeon than a urologist suggested cystoscopy to check if there was a stricture. Then I went to an experienced urologist and he suggested alpha drugs. It didn’t help too much.

I started playing squash around the same time when the symptoms came up, I don’t know if this is related to this rigorous exercise. I still play 2-3 times a week. The problem becomes okay on its own and sometimes it just comes up. Right after urination I feel more pressure and then it gets a little better after some time but still the symptom doesn’t go away completely. As far as other health problems are concerned, I have high cholesterol level of 160 and I am taking Olea Europaea for that. I also have anxiety sometimes due to my sales profession but it is not always there. I have a chronic post nasal dripping problem and for the last 6 months, during my sleep, I feel the mucus blocking my throat bcoz of the dripping and it is difficult to clear it. I have to get up at night sometimes to hawk it out. From my father side, I have a tendency to develop kidney stones and have used homeopathy to flush them out. As per the last ultrasound, my kidneys are clear. I also have constipation once a month and sometimes I feel that I am not clearing up my bowels in one go. When I am clearing up my bowels, my urine comes out from time to time as I am exerting. I am usually impatient and can easily become irritable. I am also someone who is mostly in a hurry. I relax by sleeping. I am just a little afraid of heights but not all that much, but I guess that is normal. I respond well if someone is genuinely sympathetic towards me. I like being alone and also with people. I have sound sleep and I almost always complete my 7-8 hours of sleep. I don’t have recurring dreams. I like cold weather, in summers, I cannot live without the Air-conditioning. I feel warm under my feet in summers when I am sleeping. I usually feel hot. I wear mostly cotton clothing. I like spicy food but I eat all cuisines such as Chinese, Indian, Thai, Continental….I hate boiled food which is too bland. I like all tastes……..but I don’t like too much of salt. I don’t have any tendency to eat indigestible food. My thirst is normal, I drink 10-12 glasses a day. Yes, I do have dry lips and put Vaseline on daily. There is no coating on the tongue in the morning and I don’t have bad smell problem either. My skin type is dry. I was perspiring a lot in the squash court during summer, now in winters, it is normal. My perspiration is normal. I usually have a sinus problem. My sexual desire is normal. I have been taking homeopathy all my life. For this problem of urination, I have tried Sepia, Thuja, Causticum. Again the symptoms subside a little and then they come back.
