TMJ pain in jaw/shoulders/arms and hands

Hi there. I have TMJ and have had jaw pain since yesterday. The neck/shoulder/elbow pain began shortly after the jaw pain. Now, 24 hours later, I have pain in my wrists and hands and fingers, as if the pain is traveling downward.

I have been trying to get pregnant for a long time and for the last few months I have done clomid, this month I took Follistim (a self-injectable that helps me create mature eggs) and 2 intra-uterine inseminations. I have also started taking progesterone vaginal suppositories in the last 3 days.

I suppose all of this info is necessary as one thing is not separate from the other. The pain is relentless, Advil and ice or heat don't touch it.

Any input you can provide is GREATLY appreciated.

Thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Belladonna 200 as follows and see how that affects in next few days.

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 15 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
