Hello,i am 34 years old, female. I am suffering from jaw pain - mri showed i have anterior disc displacement, the pain lasts for a year and it is dull pain, present all the time, sometines less, sometimea unberable. It is located in both joints and it spreads towards cheek and ear, it is much worse on the left side. So far nothing has helped: i wear nightguard, i had arthrocentesis and botox injections. Pain meds help only if pain is moderate. The pain is making me all stressedout and anxious. Any advice for me?
Thank you,
Polona
