Abdomen bloated all time (Abdomen Fats)

Hi, Im 30 years old male.
Im single.

My detail symptoms is as follows,
1-Mind:
Dislikes: Open Air
Company
Friends
Family
Disposition: Boredom
Dissatisfaction
Intellectual: Absent minded
Difficult Concentrating on mental work like computer work
Lacking self confidence
Forgetful of words while speaking
Thinking about own fate

2-Head:
Fair Falling
Hair greasy
3-Eyes:
Vision blurred distant
objects
Blurred letters
Blurred figures of computer screen while reading and skip words while reading

4-Ear:
Noises in ear: buzzing
hissing
Difficult hearing human
voice
Hearing sensitive

5-Nose:
Running / wet
Discharge from nose like coptious / albuminous

5-Face:
Moisture

6-Mouth:
Clenched Jaw
Odour: sweetish

7-Nose:
Voice husky
Voice lost
as comes from nose

8-Expectoration:
Difficult

9-Abdomen:
Bloated
Abdomen fats
Less of hunger
Noises from abdomen
gurgling

10-Genitals:
Male erection too easy
Male erection impotency
Male sexual passion lacking and diminished
Ejacuation premature

11-Extremities:
Awkwardness
coldness upper and lower limbs

12-Sleep: not refreshing

13-Pulse: Bounding
Slow
Tense

14- Food cannot convert into energy.

15- Weak memory

16- Difficult in Speaking

17- Physical and mental weakeness

18- Hands and foots are cold

19- Back pain on spine

20- Body is lean and belly is blowted or fatty

21-Urine:
Strong, sharp and yellow and white
more at evening and night and in winter season.

Please help me about the remedy and tell the potency and usage.

Please take three doses of Cocculus 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
