Yeast infection and Thuja

I have been taking Thuja 30 (Thuja in water progressively increasing potency by 5 succussions each day.)for Yeast infection for the past five days. I decided on Thuja since I have caries at the base of my teeth and a few small warts on the left side of my neck and face. While there was reduction in symptoms from the first dayonwards, improvement seems to have stopped. I judge the improvement on the quantity and hardness of stains in my underwear. I would request and welcome suggestions on what I should do. Change potency, remedy etc. I would appreciate it if you could also add a few words on the reasoning behind your suggestion. Meanwhile I strained my shoulder while exercising and would be thankful to know if I may take Rhus Tox or Arnica without interfering with the action of Thuja. I am male,60. Thank you.
