Please take the following medicines;
1. Ashawagandha-Q
2. Damiana-Q 2. Avena stiva-Q
take ten drops from each medcine totaling 30 drops. This is one dose and take it thrice a day after meal. Do not take the medicines empty stomach.

Thank you dr Mahfooz.How many days should I use these medicien and how much water should I use to mix these medicien(30drops)and are these medicien made by Willmar Schwabe?If not plz tell me good manufacturer of these medicien in Pakistan.Someone suggested me Damiaplant and Ptk-40 can I use these medicien with your prescription?

Initially you should take these medicine for one month and get semen analayis thereafter. Please do not have sex 10 days befor giving semein to lab.

Its seems that all 3 med should be mixed .Meanwhile start 10 drops from each medicine with gap of 5 mins.and when dr mehfooz come back he will clarify.
