This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It is possible that you are presenting Asthma and it is best that you consult a doctor to diagnose your problem which I cannot do on this forum.
It is likely that the doctor will prescribe Inhalers and other tablets that are commonly used for Asthma but they all contain Steroids which will affect you in the long run.
The therapy I prescribe has CURED some patients who like you have referred their problem in time but other Chronic cases may have to take the remedy I prescribe for some months till they observe relief.
Give details of yourself with age and weight and a doctor's diagnosis for further advice.
