Digestive track problems... help please

I'm 36 year old Indian male. Vegetarian, non-alcoholic. 60Kg, 160 cm.

For last 7 years suffering from Digestive track related issues. 7 years ago I had initial symptoms of duodenum ulcers, which got cured with medicine. I had also been suffering from Urticaria for almost 6-7 years. Surprisingly, I had positive result of a antibiotics(when I was ill) on my Urticaria. From a Homeopathic Dr.'s advise I started Sulfer(d 6). It was helping. But with antibiotics I had diarrhoea as well & I was suggested Hepar Sulfer(d 12). It helped, but diarrhoea kept on coming once in two weeks or due to addition of new food in diet.

My symptoms/signs as following :

• painless diarrhoea
• very Offensive smelling stool (when no diarrhoea)
• Fullness of stomach
• Flatulence
• There is no more Urticaria, but sometimes small red itchy-burning patches (specially when stomach is upset)
• Trying any new food upsets the stomach
• Lactose intolerant
• Feeling of indigestion (but can't decide if its acidic or non-acidic)
• Vertical black line on couple of finger nails
• Slow in decision maker (or avoid decision making)
• Think and worry a lot
• Don't like travelling at all (for work, preferably avoid daily commute. prefer walking )

Other misc. observation :

• Energetic afterwards passing stool (as if new life). Dullness, burning eyes, tiredness, energy-less when delaying in passing stool (for example when not enough pressure to go to toilet)
• going to toilet twice a day was helping me on alleviating Urticaria symptoms.
• (mostly) eating dinner feels like work. Wants to eat, but fullness kills the desire.
• Not smiling or mostly frown.
• People perceive me as calm & reserved.
• World-champion procrastinator
• Very quickly getting angry when self-esteem is questioned
