Adult chronic left ear infection

please advice me homeopathy for recurring chronic middle ear infection, am having this problem for 30 years. I had surgery once and ear drum is currently raptured or removed .

What are ur full body symptoms?
What are ur problems at ear?

Left ear discharge, thick yellow, normally cold limbs, low sweat, non veg, normal weight. male 45 years.

Start taking Silicea 200c 1 dose every night before sleep and Calc Sulph 6X 4 tablets 3 times a day after 10 min from each meal. DO not take any sour foods or fruits.

I took silicea 200c before , my ear pus stops/dries , then I stop taking silicea, it comes back after month, should I have to take silicea 200 life long to keep ear dry and pus free ?

after dose silica--what new (never had before in health history ) symptoms occurred?
even smallest seemingly unrelated ?
