Advise me plz I am reposting thisI have been battling Insomnia for about three years . I think a lot when I lay down to sleep . I cant get my mind to rest or stop thinking. The things I think about are not specific its very random not related to anything. Also I cannot maintain a position that make me feel comfortable to sleep. It has been three years since the problem started and it has been escalated now. I am 18 years of age / male.The acne problem started two years back . It has also escalated now . I noticed after a while that acne used to come whenever I masturbated I tried to cut back but after a while I started experiencing Nocturnal emission . Hairfall and dandruff came about 6 months ago . The dandruff is very greasy and comes out whenever I scratch my head .
I have been taking these meds for about three months
Nat Mur 200c thrice a day for acne
Calc. Sulph. 200c thrice a day for acne
and Nat Phosph 6x four tablets twice a day for nightfall (started only two weeks ago)
I have tried Kali Phosh in the past that didn't helped me a lot for insomnia.
Nightfalls have stopped because of Nat phosph (two weeks is the maximum time for me without nightfall earlier it was a week max) . I haven't masturbated for a while now and hopefully will never . Acne has been reduced a lot though it has not gone completely . Insomnia on the other hand has increased and hair loss has been increased significantly. Scalp has greasy dandruff that gets stuff to my nails when I scratch.
Please advice a new medicine routine for me

to not being able to go to sleep till late, needing to sleep in
late.This can go on till 25. Google methods to help with this.
You have to learn how to manage this -exercise earlier in the day,
start a wind down routine an hour before bed, have the room
dark, no electric on, put on relaxing music, take a bath,
have a cup of valerian or chamomile tea.Watch a really boring
show on you tube.
If none of this works, naturopaths suggest trying and equal
parts tincture of hops, skull cap, valerian, passionflower. Use
20 drops in a cup of warm water an hour before bed.If you
are still not asleep 2 hours later try this again.
There is a product out there by New Chapter, called
Zyflamed nightime that has these ingredients in it plus a
couple others- you can look it up on Amazon, but I think
you can find these tinctures and make up your own blend.
