Help with Sepia questions

I have chronic head pain caused by Fibra Myalgia, and Renaulds Syndrome (circulation)that is flairing up because of perimenopause. Also have Celiacs and Meneares Disease. I am in the emergency room once or twice a month for these severe headaches. Every time, I get my period within 2 days. This is a problem since my period is so erratic. Tried many avenues, including occipital nerve blocks with a combination of western and homeopathy and acupuncture strapped to my ear for 4 days..only helped daily headaches, not the period ones that put me in the ER. Dr. has me on progesterone to control number of periods a month...didn't work. I recently started acupuncture for the second time (different dr. ). Had one session, and she prescribed Sepia 30C,that she made herself. I had one dose, and within a few hours was feeling light headed, and terrible headache the next day. Don't know what to do...any ideas??

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Don't take further doses. Hopefully recovery will follow.
