scrotum pain
I am experiencing a little pain in left scrotum with nervous sensation extending to rectum.Also experiencing congestion/squeezing sensation in scrotum after erection.
Semen is clear .
What is the best homeopathy remedy for this?

Rhododendron 30 is providing lot of relief, but semen is still clear. Please suggest more remedies.
