Pain on right scrotum

Hello Sir,

I am 24 years old. 30 days ago i have affected orchitis right side scortum. on 5th days i go to doctor and he says to me i have affected orchitis. He give me USG of Scrotum test. The USG TEST result shows all is normal. then doctor give me Azithromycin(zemax 500) 7 days. after 7 days pain doesn't relief. After he gives me Deflazacort(10 days) and Tiemonium Methylsulfate(15 days). I take 10 days both medicine still i have pain right scortum. Some times i feel pain left too. I feel urethral irritation some times. testicles feel as heavy.

Please Any sir suggest some medicine for get relief of this pain.
