Enlarged Prostate

To Revered Dr.Joe Di Livera,
I am 64 years and recently diagonised with enlarged prostate (PSA 4.6). Prostate is grossly enlarged 8.2x6.8x7.4cms(volum 218ml) I am also Diabetic and have HBP since 25 years for which I am taking allopathic medicines. For enlagred prostate I am taking Alfurtol, Dutagen and Disperzyme. Urologist says to take Al furton (alfuziosin) and dutagen for 6 months and if no relief then surgery is the only option). I am taking since last 20 days Although it has given me relief to the extent that my urine passing has become liberal, night dribling has reduced and night frequency of urine has subsidized a little bit. But I feel too much side effects like stomach pain and too much acidity, weakness and constipation. Please advise cure in homoepathy as I dont want to continue with these wild drugs and any surgery later on. Thanks& Regards.
