In case, you feel uncomfortable, skip the morning dose and just take twice, like Calc Phos.

Hi dr sb.
When i eat breakfast at sehri at 3.45am. I feel more lazynes in body and stomach. Stomatch become heavy. I cannot move. At morning when i get up after sehri abt 8am i go to washrom stool comes. At ofice abt 1pm i feel more weaknes in the body. I cannot work. Bely is increased and nt decreased. Eye blurnes, stamering and low voice power and listening problem is stil there. I feel gurguling in stomatch all the day till iftar. Plz prescribd. Im takng kali pho with calc phos two times after iftari.

today im feeling gurguling on stomatch and headache on mid and back of head. plz prescribe something for gurguling. ehtilaam comes after 3 to 4 days. I talked myself and thinks very much. stammering, hearing problem is still. abdomen is still bloated and not reducing.

q1-do you think a lot about past events - how you were hurt time and again.

a1- i thinks mostly abt past events. about my lost time
of study. abt my loving granpa and grandma, about my mother and family. i thinks that i have wasted my time
and cannot get desired education. i miss my mom and her love very much. i want lots of care and love, sympathy and helpfullness.

q-2 do you still think about the girl you liked?
a-2 i dont thinks previous girl, now i love another girl and thinks abt her very much abt all the day. i know i cannotget her but i cannot forget her.

q-3do you cry?
a-3 yes i want to cry abt past my future and my mom and family. sometimes i cry.

q-4do you take deep breaths?
a-4 when i become sad i take deep breaths.

q-5 do you curse or swear a lot?
a-5 i dont curse or swear a lot.

q-6 do you fight with people/family frequently?
a-6 yes i become at once angry with the people when the people against my will or my desire

q-7 since when did you first notice that you started feeling weakness and exhaustion? was it always like this or happened a few years back?
a-7 i feel weakness and exhaustion 2 to 3 years back since that im taking english or ayurvedic and now homeopathic medicines.

q-8 do you have any sexual problems or deficiencies?
a-8 i have much sexual problem and deficiencies. my penis
is less like 3 to 4 inch. vains appear on panis. i feel
no sexual power for sex.
sometimes i feel sex desire for a while and sometimes
i have no desires of sex and marriage. i dont want to
marriage or not able to do marriage.

a-9 when i become more sad and thinks useless of life then
i think i shld not able to live and shld commit to suicide.

a- i have black rings down the eyes.

a- i have problem of falling more hairs when brush after bath and when i get up after sleep i found more hairs fall on my pillow.

a- i get erection more late. or when at washroom after urine. after urine some drops of urine comes.

a- sexual power was much more and have more desires of sex. I do masturbating to cover the sexual desires. now with the passage of time sexual desires are becoming less.

a- when i eat breakfast, lunch or dinner or any thing energy goes down. sometime juice refresh myself.

a dhms suggest the following prescription.

It is good that you got your blood sugar test done. Some point to be noted.

#1. The fasting reading is 115. This is indication of impaired glucose tolerance, that is pre-diabetic state. In people with good glucose tolerance, reading will be less than 100.

If fasting is more than 126, then it is type 2 diabetes.

#2. After lunch or dinner, blood sugar return back fast. It should have been higher than fasting and around 130-140 (if fasting was 115). Quick return is indication of excess circulating insulin. Pancreas, sensing glucose pours insulin at faster rate. It you take glucose reading after 3 hours or 4 hours or 5 hours after meal, the blood sugar may be further low.

When insulin pushes blood sugar too low (around 70) after meal, it becomes reactive hypoglycemia.

#3. When blood sugar is pushed down, adrenal comes to rescue. If adrenal does not come to help, one will have low energy, weakness, pain, fainting etc. Such condition is under-active adrenal.

You seems to be on the borderline: 1. pre-diabetic (sugar 115), 2. high insulin (sugar returns very fast) and 3. under-active adrenal (does not cope-up with body requirement of physical and emotional stress).

Need for lifestyle changes

Diabetes is on rise, because of so many reasons, including lifestyle, eating habits, and so on. Medicines help, but they can’t stop progress of disease unless lifestyle changes are done. This is to provide you guidance related to that.
When people start having diabetes, it is very confusing state. New words are coined for that like Syndrome-X, Metabolic Syndrome, etc. Mainly dysfunction of four organs are involved in this - liver, pancreas, thyroid and adrenal. And in this phase they go out of balance, for someone liver dysfunction kicks it, for someone pancreas dysfunction kicks in. Some of the helpful articles are:

In your case it is liver dysfunction (start of diabetes mellitus) and adrenal fatigue. So need to IMPROVE liver function and MINIMIZE adrenal fatigue. Here are some guidelines. More you research on it.
Anything, which directly lowers blood sugar or indirectly (through pancreas QUICK insulin release) lowers blood sugar is not OK right now for adrenal – because adrenal has to release adrenal hormones to compensate for drop of sugar by forcing liver to make sugar.
Eating Sugar, White Rice, Potato, wheat flour without fiber, etc. will increase blood sugar fast and then pancreas pours insulin quickly. This is not a good situation for you because after some time (1-2 hours) your sugar come down to undesirable level (to fasting level and sometimes below fasting level – even you have eaten food, your body does not feel having food because sugar is low). You try to eat less of those and include brown rice, whole wheat flour in meal. Low carb, high fiber, high protein diet should help more - even if they initially may appear to be depressing.
Tea, Coffee, Coke, etc. trigger adrenal to release adrenal hormone to make blood sugar (by liver). They are not good for two reasons:
1. You need to avoid all the things, which unnecessarily triggers adrenal. Tea, coffee, coke, stress (physical/mental). You don't want adrenal to get tired (it is getting easily tired right now)
2. When blood sugar is more, pancreas puts more insulin, and quickly lowers blood sugar to the level of fasting or sometimes lower than that.
Substituting tea/coffee with lemon juice might help.
Do adjustments in terms of activity and food.

Noted. Will prescribe a remedy only after the fasting month is over, in case your sugar level goes down and you feel the need to eat something.

Please continue taking cell salts and Avena Sativa till then.
