Hair Fall and Baldness

I m 26yrs old and i m suffering hair fall problem from 4-5 yrs.
Now it seems like baldness in hair . Is there any medicine by uses of that hair regenerate again .please advice me something with great results .

thank you doctor for your suggestion but have not ask anything before providing your suggestion . So i have little confusion , Is that proper solution or way for treatment .
And will this medicine suitable for me ??
