Apologies for the delay in replying back.
following are the results so far
Brain fag, self confidence,fatigue, concentration, sexual addiction and speech- 10% improvement.
Lower back pain and arms going dead at night- 40% improvement. however i still wake up with no sensation in index and little finger.
on the flip side- i have experienced pain in my neck region extending to head almost everyday since taking picric acidum.
Also i have felt tad more aggressive and frustrated with my wife and my boss.
all the other problems listed initially by me are still the same.

i only took the remedy last week Sunday. Since then i haven't had a good night sleep, my brain doesn't switch off, i feel anxious and restless lying in bed.

giving you an update on my situation

I also experienced some Hemorrhoid in past one week, it's not the first time i had it so i wasn't panicked. just took extra water throughout the day and some psylium husk and it was fine.

Also i have had ache + some numbness in the legs as well.
The pain in the leg is as if some had beaten up my legs and then restricted the blood flow, so i don't feel the full on pain but more like an aching dull pain with numbness.
Insomnia is gone.
Aggressiveness has improved but not fully gone.
my confidence, speech, shyness etc hasn't had much difference.
nervousness- 5 % improvement.
stiffness in the neck everyday has disappeared, however i do get it on the weekend when i sleep for longer hours and then that neck pain translates to a headache.

Hello,
Please take Lycopodium 200 as per the below method:
Bring 2 cups of 8oz. Fill both of them with water.
Dissolve 2 drops of the remedy into the 1st cup, stir a few times. Now take 1 'teaspoon' from the 1st cup and dissolve it into the 2nd cup. Stir 2nd cup a few times.
Now drink 1 'tablespoon' from the 2nd cup.
1 tablespoon = approx 2 teaspoons
Throw away the water, cups and spoon. No coffee, raw onion and garlic.
Update me after 1 week.

Unfortunately Lycopodium bottle broke in the parcel i got from overseas and my local homeopath shop doesn't sell potencies greater than 30 without naturopath's prescription/script!
I can buy Lycopodium 30C, can i take that instead and in what quantity?

In a prescription, you say, "You must use a disposable cup and spoon, and throw them away after use." Is it not safe to dilute homeopathic medicines in our regularly used cup or glass? Is the medicine's affect persist permanently in the cup or glass? Is it not removable by washing?
