Old shoulder injury

I have a shoulder injury which I got in 2002 when i fell from a bike. It stays painful till date . have had many medications, like allopathic, rhus tox 30 arnica 200 but of no avail, it is still there. may be I am not using the remedies correctly. Can anyone please suggest the proper potency and dosing of these drugs. Or whether thre is some other remedy for this.

Hello Ranbir,
Arnica is such an obvious choice after injury, however remote-I think you should try higher potencies. Do you have any allergies or consider yourself sensitive to energetic or material influences?
If not you might consider taking arnica 10M in the evening, arnica 50M in the morning and arnica cm in the evening.

Of course if you have any reaction do not take next dose. Give it some time-if you have no relief after 3 weeks -post-you will need another remedy (and you'll have to tell us more about that injury like: what makes it better/worse and things like that).

Thanks for the reply.

How long I take the regimen that you suggested?

Just once or everyday?
and what is arnica cm ?
thanks again

only once! one single dose of 10M, one single dose of 50M and one single dose of 100M (=cm)

I think this is the best posology---but if you have problems finding cm (100M) you may try SECOND best:
single dose of arn 1M eve., arn 10M morn. and arn. 50M eve.

You know: under tongue, half an hour before and after eating or brushing your teeth, no strong odors when you take your remedy etc

If Arnica as suggested by Astra doesn't set it right you may try Symphytum CM one dose a month after taking Arnica CM.Symphytum CM is excellent for old injuries.
