polycystic right ovary -- please help !!!!

Dear ABC Homeopathy form Doctors,
My wife was detected a hemorrhagic cyst in the left ovary of about 5cm. She undergone surgery on January this year and the doctor mentioned that he could not remove her cyst as it is hemorrhagic cyst , it is filling the whole ovary.

After the surgery we went for an ultrasonography about 5 months later last week. The USG report says her right ovary is now showing polycystic overian syndrome. about 10 small cysts.

I am a student here in the US and really need help. Please find the details of my wife's condition below

1. Describe your main suffering?

She is suffering from pain in ovary. Sometimes is very faint. It is irregular. Sometimes it is more. When she eats full stomuch she feels pain starts (very less) or when tries to pressure bowel movement for constipation ( pain starts).
She has history of irregular menstrual cycle for 8 - 9 years

USG detected :
Left Ovary : 2 cm 5 mm hemorrhagic cyst
Right ovary : Polycystic ovarerian syndrome. About 10 small folecular cysts

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
She feels that some sudden sensation in the left and bottom below the naval area. Sometimes the pain was severe. She had to take allopahtic pain medicines of high dosage. She had a laproscopy done through naval area.
When she eats full stomuch she feels pain starts (very less) or when tries to pressure bowel movement for constipation ( pain starts)

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Mental sufferings as we are maried for 5 years and not able to have baby. We lost faith on the doctor who attempted the operation

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
She fears that proper treatment is not being done. She is very much scared.


5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?

She had a history of irergular menstrual cycle. Some months it do not stop and some months did not have any. Sometimes bleeding very heavily. She becomes too weak and take rest at home.


6. Which time of the day you are worst?
Nothing in partcular but mostly in night

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?

When she tries to strain bowel movement and constipation or eating more. She has obesity and cannot eat more. Feels bloated. A lots of gas passes.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
normal cosy weather, not very cold weather

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.

She is hypersensitive, emotional and sentimental. Often get exhited
- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
Fearful, specially with heavy thunderstorm and heavy rain, dark clouds

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
She is very attahed to my family, parents etc.
11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?

She like spicy tasty dishes. Craves for different taste everyday. Gets bored with same food more than one day. Craves sweets too

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal
14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Often gets hungry ...but cannot eat much in a single meal.
15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
Hates smell of chicken
16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
Normal
17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Often constipation
18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?

Very light, no perticular posture Small sounds can wake her up

She is normal, but sometimes gets emotional and once she is ...she could not leave that and calm down

Estrogen reducing birth control pills ( Norethindrone Acetate)

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
Sugar, High pressure

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.

She is about 105kgs,5.3' obese.

At what age did you have your first menses?
- Had you any trouble before or during the first period?
- Have you, at any time, had you menses stopped or decreased by getting feet wet, from a general wetting, from cold, fright weakness, sickness or any other cause?
- Have menses been irregular or painful at /since a particular time?
- Are your menses too frequent, too seldom, delayed, regular, early, and late? If so how often do they come?

- What is the odour?
- Is it pale, profuse, protracted (lasts two long) scanty, stingy, tenacious, thick, too thin, viscid, watery, dark clots to bright blood, etc. Give exact appearance and odour of the flow?
Before the menses
- Various troubles of the abdomen. Loss of a very great appetite. Troubles of the back. Difficulty in breathing. Troubles of the chest. Chill, chilliness, costiveness, cough, delirium, diarrhea, ear trouble, eructation, eruptions, eye troubles, face trouble, fainting, cold feet
