Cramps in Left Pain
I am male of 55 years of age and have these 2 problems for which I need to get advise as well as medicines.I have this typical habit of sleeping with my palms either left or right alternatively whether sleeping on the sides, back or in front. Mostly it would be the left palm on which my head rests.
Nowadays I get severe cramps and pain with burning heat. It breaks my sleep and have to remove my hand from the back of the head and need to apply pressure and massage to get relief. Now this has extended through out the day and it is more effecting on my left palm below the wrists.
What can this be attributed to?
The other problem is - these past few days I suffer from burning pains in the esophagus with oppression in the chest. Sort of swelling in the chest with labored breathing.
These 2 problems seems to be effecting me severely.
Daily in the morning after I get up, have a regime of taking a teaspoon of honey and apple cider vinegar in luke warm water.
Please advise.

I have started taking Carbo Veg 200 twice a day for couple of days.
The chest congestion has cleared off however there is no change in the cramps in the left palm of the hand.
There are couple of problems which I have noticed recently.
1. While climbing the stairs there is difficulty in breathing along with pain in the knee caps of both the legs. I can feel the breathing difficulty while going for my walk in the morning.
2. Shooting pains on the front left side above the waist and also behind right side just above the waist.
3. Pains on the elbows of both the hands and tennis elbow on both the hand. Left hand tennis elbow pain is severe.
I will keep on continuing the carbo veg as advised by you for 15 days.
In the mean time if a change in medicine is required according to the above issues do let me know.

Calc Carb-200 6 pills twice a day
Pl keep 30-40 minutes gap between two medicines
Pl take this treatment for 15 days and then give feedback
