Mouth sores

Have had them for years, but they are better this past year, although not gone. They can be on the tongue, gums or fleshy insides of mouth. I've tried many many alternative treatments. Tried Borax a month ago, and it seemed to help, but have a few brewing and am just now starting the Borax again....however, I'm not entirely sure I'm on the right track. Taking 6c 5 pellets 3 times a day. Anyone's help is very much appreciated. thanks

Would that be 5 pellets per time?

And, take 5 borax with 5 merc at bed?

One other question;
I have a bottle of 6c borax....is that of any use, or should I go straight for the 30?

Now make wet dose by adding 6 pellets in 400 of pure water shake it several times and take this way 6c otherwise go to 30
