Back pain

Hi, I have been suffering from low back pain for a while. Reasons: Too much sitting at work and also long drives. The pain gets to my legs, and hot water bottle gives some relief but the pain is a big bother.

1. Calc.Flour-6x and Mag.Phos-6 (4 tablets each after every 3 hours) and report after one week
