hair loss

I am Nikhil dash suffering from hair loss. Previously I was in Orissa and hair condition was also very good.
I am living in Chennai for 9 month and lost almost half of my hair .
First, 4 month no hair loss and then within 2 to 3 month hair loss start I could not control it. Crown and forehead is highly effected and front is still fine.
From past 1 month I am drinking water sufficiently , controlling the diet properly and exercising. Many my friend also suffered from this after coming to Chennai.
Initially I am a lazy drinker, depend on fast food but now I have changed that and taking vegetables and fruit in regular manner.

13. Thirst: before very less and now after taking much water thirst increased very much.

16. What exactly is happening?
My hair has been falling since last 4 month more so in the last 1 year. I was under a lot of stress when my hair started falling, so I'm not sure if that triggered it. 17. How do you feel? I'm not okay with it

feeling sad.

scaring.
20. What comes to your mind?
to get rid of this situation as soon as possible

this hair fall only.
22. How did that feel like? I was depressed and very frustrated.
23. What sensation do you experience in that situation?
frustration and looking at other head and not believe for sometime because previously I face difficulty to comb my hair because of its dense.
24. What are you showing by that gesture of your hand (Habits or Actions)? I don't know
25. Current and previous remedies/medicines you are taking or took in the past?

not until now.
26. Family Background: I have a older brother and parents that live in orissa. I have a healthy relationship with them. None of them has hair loss problem.
27. Educational Qualifications of the patient: I have btech in Computer Science.
28. Nature of work, what do you do for living? I'm a software engineer.
29. Desires, likes and dislikes for food: I'm not finicky, but I like spicy food.
30. Name of foods which increase your problem:
may be not taking water properly and skipping breakfast for 1 month and may be noodles on breakfast for other months

31. Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry, impatient…and so on.. How are you different from other persons, public speaking or not , you can describe all of the details about your behavior, love and affections.

My anger level is moderate, always compare with other, little bit shy in new places,
concentrate on my task strictly, lazy in doing house activity.

I get irritated when I'm tired, take more time for easy thing.

Urine: before dark yellow now after drinking water its light yellow
Stool: Light brown
Saliva: Colorless
