Help to prevent Miscarriage

My sister is 5 months along with her second child. She is 36yrs old and under an incredible amount of emotional stress surrounding the circumstances of the baby. She is exhausted and a couple days ago she started bleeding. I believe the best homeopathic is Sepia, but I want to be sure to give it to her correctly. Thanks for any advise you may have.

No doubt sepia is helpful in such cases.But when the bleeding is oozing then Vibronum Per-Q ( 20 drops per dose 3/4 times a day ) would definitely helpful.
