C vs LM potencies

My question is about the differences between C and LM potencies in relation to the following case:
Male, 43 years old, electronic engineer, office worker. He has Gilbert syndrome, a genetic disorder that affects the liver, causing high bilirubin, sleepiness and tiredness
According to the symptoms, a real sulphur case, he was given SULPH 200, in a 4 oz water solution. The medication was repeated for 12 days, 1 tsp, 7 succusions, and he experienced a great amelioration, he felt great, with energy, and slept 8 hours (before he needed 10 hours), so the medication was stopped.
After 4 days without medication the symptoms started to reappear, so he repeated the dose again for 5 days and improved again, so the medication was stopped.
After 8 days without medication the symptoms reappear again, so he repeated the dose again for 5 days and improved again, so the medication was stopped.
After 9 days without medication the symptoms reappear again, so he repeated the dose again but this time he did not improve, on the contrary, the old symptoms relapsed, so the medication was stopped, and now is waiting 10 days to see whether the symptoms are caused by the remedy (if they disappear) or by the disease (if they continue)
My question is if the symptoms are caused by the disease (and then continue), according to the Organon aphorism 281, if the symptoms remain they must be treated with higher potencies. What do you suggest? To start with SULPH 1M or to use LM potencies? I think this case is more suitable for C potencies because the tiredness and sleepiness started suddenly when he was 16 years old, what I mean is not a case that was gradually getting worse, but as Gilbert syndrome is a pathological disorder, not a functional one, LM potencies might be better, so I am confused.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You might want to google, 'A comparison of the C and LM potencies'
by David LIttle. It may shed some light on your question.

Hi Simone, thanks for your reply. I had read the article of David Little, actually, my questions are in relation to what he said about the differences between C and LM potencies.

Is this a patient you are treating?

Actually I would email David Little and pose your question to him- these are the
kinds of questions he likes to answer. david AT simillimum dot com
