Warts on penis.

I have warts on my penis (foreskin - 2 big ones and 1 small) and now 2 tiny ones have appeared on the penis shaft as well. I need help. I have started using thuja gel (from yesterday) as thuja ointment was not available. Please guide. I am m39.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Thuja 1M / 7 doses each night consecutively. Stop if improvement starts.
Nat sulphur 30/ 3 pills thrice daily for ten days.

Thanks. I will do as you have advised. Should I continue to apply Thuja Gel or stop that?

Also, recently I have started using Detol cool soap. I somehow feel (I may be wrong) that after using the cool soap the warts are spreading. The two tiny ones on my penis head appeared only after using this soap. Does the cool menthol have a negative effect and increase the warts or can I continue using the soap?

Thanks in advance

Forgot to ask. The medicines are to be taken on empty stomach or after meals?

A minimal gap of 30 minutes should be given between food and medicine either before or after.
