Sir,
For the past 10 days when i get up from bed in the morning i get giddiness or spinning of head and unbalace while standing for 10-15 minutes.Afterwards i am alright.No giddiness whenever i get up from bed during day time.Also while turning in bed i get the same feeling specifically from left to right..I took CONIUM30 2dose per day for 5 days and unbalance time has reduced while giddiness continues whenever turning in bed specially from left to right.
Any other remedy pl?

Pl take
1. Bryonia-200 6 pills in morning
2. Nux Vomica-200 6 pills in evening

Pl take this treatment for one week and then give feedback

Thanks to MR.Tamhankar.
As per ur advice i took Bryonia200 in morning and NUX200 in night for 5 days.Now i am alright.
