Vertigo

My husband who is 53 is experiencing some vertigo when he tries to lace his shoes and when he raises his head he experiences vertigo or whenever he has to bring his head down to do something. What remedy can work best in that case?

3-4 days. He still had it, but he said it was better. It is mostly when he bends his head. Thank you!

2-3 drops thrice a day for three days
