Vertigo

For the past month, I have been getting attacks of vertigo. With tingling in the neck and back of the head. Tightness in chest with feeling as if it's difficult to breathe. Sweating in the head. Throat spasms. Upset stomach. Nausea. Pressure in the right ear. Pressure between and behind the eyes. I don't know if it's an inner ear problem or a TMJ problem or some virus that never went away. I've gone to countless doctors without answers or help.
