Acne spots

I have been suffering with spots for about 5 years. They were never bad but they have suddenly appeared in different places. These spots were mostly on my chin, but in the last 3 or 4 months angry red spots have been popping up on my cheeks, mostly the right one. They are very painful and mostly pusey. I've also started to get them between my cheekbones and ears.

I am 27 years old, and have never suffered with spots this badly, only the odd one.
I have been seeing a homeopathist/counsellor for the past five years and we've worked through many emotions and trauma I went through as a child.

These are other symptoms that I have:
-Headaches, especially with bright light
-Cold hands and feet
-Anxiety, I have to really push myself to go out of the house sometimes
-Cravings for sugary food
-I am allergic to antiobotics
-I had a tonsillectomy at 16years old due to constant bouts of tonsillitis, and finally a quincy lead to the operation.

Is there anyone who can help please, I am so conscious of them............
