Please help me about my piles problem

My age: 28
Weight: 54.

I had pilesoperation 3 months back. Till now, I am taking stool softner and sitz bath. But still, I am getting small amount of blood in my stool and pain too. I cant understand even i had operation, why this problem still continues? Please help

2. Nux Vomica-30 6 pills evening

PL take this treatment for 15 days an then give feedback

The medicines are generally taken when stomach is empty. i.e. at least (minimum) one hour gap before or after any intake
