Wife's weight gainSince we have gotten married 7 years ago, my wife has grown terribly fat. She is constantly eating and doesn't seem to have the desire or willpower to diet. As she has gotten heavier, she also has become less active, which only contributes to make her get fatter. Is there anything she can take that would reduce her appetite?

She should also be counseled to exercise regularly either by walking briskly or in the gym and should be advised to control her eating habits.
