12 tissue salts query

Hi,

One week ago I began taking the 12 tissue salts mixed together into one tablet at 6x concentration.

I read to take 3 pellets once a day for a general tonic effect. Is this correct?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The bottle says 4 tabs 4x a day. You can do
this for 3 weeks and a week off.
