wife suffering from breathing trouble

my wife 55 years is suffering from chronic acidity,flatulance and she has to forcibly breathe at nights.So she gets up during night and is sleepy in the days
she is overweight by 15 kgs to her height of 5'2'
can someone suggest suitable homeo remedy
any good soul to help us

not able to breathe freely-feel as if i have blockage but test shows no physical blockade

2. Carbo Veg-200 6 pills evening
3. Aurvedic Medicine 'Drakshasav' 2 teaspoon after meals in 2 teaspoon water

Pl take this treatment for 15 days and then give feedback

despite there being some relief
to the extent of 35-40% the problem of flatulance and breathlessness in the early mornings continue.
should we continue the same medicines or take some new medication

in fact the coughing has gone up and relief in breathing is only 35-40%
