I'd want you to hold off taking another dose till there is a break of 15 days.

Please report back then and we can see if another dose is required.

Dear Fitness,

I have taken a second dose on Friday of last week (20 days after the first) - I felt that it would be ok to take it. I have observed a slight change in my mood - definitely more stable. Shall i wait this week and then report on what happens?

Did you feel a slide back or stalling of progress as these are the main markers of when to repeat the dose.

I noticed some things starting to repeat and no more improvement . I let this situation happen for a couple of days, then one morning i felt like taking one again.
