Hi, she has seemed to do ok on this...and now she seems to be getting a cold...clear running nose. I am especially worried with anything respiratory with her larynx.

If its just cold, let it run its course.

If it worsens, please reply to the following questions and a suitable remedy can be given:

3. What makes the problem better
4. What makes the problem worse

6. Are you chilly or hot
7. How is your level of energy
8. How is your thirst
9. Are your lips or mouth dry
10. If fever, are you chilly or hot
11. If fever, are you sweating or not
12. If fever, what makes you feel better
13. Your likes in food (taste , temperature etc.)

Well, it never developed into a cold, but she has been extremely fussy for the last week. Doesn't sleep well, won't nap for more than 30 minutes at a time and can't stay up long without having a total meltdown because of being overtired...

Please give her a dose of Cal-P and report back.

I gave her one 5 days ago and no difference.

Are you able to calm her by carrying her.

If not, how can you calm her.

How is her stool.

How is her digestion.

fitness last decade
Yes, I can sometimes calm her temporarily by carrying and bouncing her. I think that she has been more gassy and that interferes with her sleep because the fussiness comes on suddenly, from digestive issues or tiredness. Her stool is usually once a day, sometimes it is orange and then I can tell she was uncomfortable. Other times it is seedy yellow or greenish.

Please give her a dose of Chamomila 30c or 200c, whatever you have.

Thank you!

Hi,
I have given her chamomilla 30c on two occassions and it doesnt seem to be making any difference. She screams and screams at nap and bed time...when well-rested she is still active, but happy, engaged, and smiley. As you can see, she is rarely well-rested and still won't sleep more than 1/2 hr if she does finally take a nap. Her sleeping is my main concern. On the rare occasion she does take a good nap, she is very happy, and wakes very happy in the morning.

Please try another round of Cal-P, two doses, 12 hrs apart.

If this doesn't work, reply to these so that a remedy can be figured out.

3. What makes the problem better
4. What makes the problem worse

6. Are you chilly or hot
7. How is your level of energy
8. How is your thirst

10. If fever, are you chilly or hot
11. If fever, are you sweating or not
12. If fever, what makes you feel better

4. What makes the problem worse - overtired, overtstimulated
5. How are you feeling mentally & emotionally during the problem (restless, calm, weepy, want to be alone, fear of death etc) - angry, fussy, restless
6. Are you chilly or hot - warm
7. How is your level of energy - high
8. How is your thirst - normal
9. Are your lips or mouth dry - no
10. If fever, are you chilly or hot - n/a
11. If fever, are you sweating or not - n/a, probably would sweat
12. If fever, what makes you feel better - don't know
13. Your likes in food (taste , temperature etc.) - only drinks milk so not sure
14. Your dislikes in food (taste , temperature etc.) - not sure

Try a dose of Colocynth 30c or 200c, whichever is available, just one dose.

It is not helping because the problem is not usually gas. She gets SO wound up and agitated and then her little body won't stop moving and she gets crazy and starts screaming, very angry. If I pick her up, she continues to scream (unless rocked very vigorously) and claws at me. This is the same thing my son did and he did not sleep for 5 years (he is 6). I cannot go through that again. I am traumatized form it. She is SO agitated. Cannot relax. Takes 3-4 hours to get her to sleep for 30 minutes. This is intolerable and I can't even deal with it anymore. I CANNOT go through this AGAIN.

You had written about reflux & gas. Anyways. I am assuming you tried Colocynth and it failed.

Please give her daily routine for one typical day.

As of now all I can see is that she starts fussing before bed and swaddling helps.

If this is the same thing your son did- till age 5???
after he was able to talk, could he tell you what
kind of pains he was having?

Was he also wound up, screaming, moving around till
age 5?

I have reviewed the case again. There is something which is not letting her sleep and we have to pinpoint that.

Please give her daily routine for one typical day.

While she is sleeping, how is her sleep.

Does she snore, if yes, is it during inhale or exhale.

Why do you think she wakes up, difficulty breathing, dreams..?

Does she become fussy say 30 min before sleeping time or after you lay her down.

Try putting her to sleep as upright as possible.

Did your son have laryngomalacia or any other problems.
