Hi. Thanks for your reply. The dose really helped.

She was a different baby for the two feeds she had after the dose! She cried for just few seconds, she was in fact smiling and playing which is rare in the evenings. Only thing was that she had some hiccups.

Let me know if and when to administer further doses.

Also, in case the reflux hits back tomorrow, can I give her one dose after a 12 hour gap(asking now so I can act fast, rather than having to ask again only after it recurs)?

Considering your baby's response, no dose at all for at least 24 hrs from the last one and that too only if there is a significant slide back.

For minor slide back, no dosing is required, let the body handle it.
