hypertension at age 27
i am 27 year old male height 169 cms weight 58 kgs, suffering hypertension since feb 2013 my bp is 150/90 to 140/90 constant while taking allophonic medicine bp 130/90 my serum creatinine is 1 mgdl, blood urea is 29 mgdl, my lipid profile is total cholesterol is 217 mgdl, ldl is 113 mgdl, hdl is 60 mgdl please help mevikramsinghsaini on 2013-12-13

Are you stressed and if yes give complete detail of your food habits, job, bowel movement, liking disliking for sweet, salt, veg ,non veg spicy, and any other disease in family.

food habits:
3 times daily breakfast, lunch, dinner
job: Computer Operator
bowel movement: mostly constipation
dislike sweet salt nonveg and spicy
no family history hypertension, heart, kidney disease.
in feb 2013 my bp is always 110/70 after taking ayurvedic medicine ashwagandha, shatavari, and musali bp elevated with symptoms severe headache, nosebleed, insomnia, hot flashes, red eyes, increased libido.
food habits:
