GERD with shortness of breathI am 34 yr old female. 6-8 months back due to cough I was given antibiotic which I believe has done destruction to my digestive system. after that till date my poop is not good. it's yellow in colour but it disintegrates after going in water. Also a month back I was diagnosed with Urinary tract infection and had to take antibiotic again. UTI is not cleared completely.
primary physician said my heart and lungs are good.
since 2 weeks time, I have burning pain in upper abdomen and shortness of breath. my nose gets stuffy any time during the day. I had to reduce eating. I have become lactose intolerant and also can not digest 'Bhindi'/ 'OKra' / 'Ladies fingers' and beetroot. Doctor has diagnosed it as GERD and prescribed 'OMAPRAZOLE' for one month. after a month's time also if I show same symptoms then doc has adviced endoscopy of upper abs.
I have read side effects of omaprazole and do not want to take it and prefers natural / Any homeopathic remedy.
I am ready for any diet change too. want to strt eating raw vegetables one time a day. Pls tell me is this correct to do.
Pls help me.

3 of them after each meal. When you notice symptoms are
gone then do not take anymore unless they come back.
You may have to take for a couple days. Cell salts are
also called Dr. Schuessler tissue salts, they are a sub
branch of homeopathy. There are 12 of them. They work
by balancing out the cell metabolism.
Also purchase a good probiotic, one that has 8 strains
at least. Experiment till you find one you like, bc people
react differently to different brands.
You must take the probiotic for around 2 months to replace
the gut flora that was destroyed by the antibiotics.

thanks for replying..i have tried five phos since it contains nat phos 6x. is it ok to start or i should go only for nat phos 6x individually?
Also doc has said that I may have to do endoscopy to check for ulcers.
So any suggestions for homeopathic medicine peptic ulcer in duodenum area?

You can report back after trying this for 4 days.
Find out the facts first on whether there is a peptic ulcer or not -
and yes homeopathy can help with that if needed.Remedies would
depend on the person and a case would have to be taken before
