Please Help Anal Warts

Hello guys, I have been dealing with a bad case of anal warts since about April of 2013. Since then they have grown and spread lots, I even have some near my scrotum.

The warts themselves are quite large, cauliflower shaped, some flat, suppurating, moist most of the time. They pretty much cover my entire anal area and block my anus. I have a few inside my anus that I can see peeking out.

They do itch at times, they are sore upon touching, they are sensitive. Very painful.. Burning/stinging at times, especially if I entertain an itch.. There is also an indescribable smell, sort of sour..idk but its there even after I wash.

I am 29 years old, male, highly active, are there any remedies?

Dissolve 2 drops in 3 tablespoons water in a disposable cup. Stir a few times using a spoon. Take 1st tablespoon, wait 15 mins, take 2nd tablespoon, wait 15 mins, take 3rd and last tablespoon.

Update after 3 days.
