Skin allergy

i have had hives (urticaria)for about 2 years now and 4 months ago it disappeared. the reason for this is because i changed my body wash in the shower to 'Dove Extra sensitive'. i finished 4 bars of that and needed some more. so i bought exactly the same product, but it seems to bring my Hives back up on my shoulders and hips and sometimes on my back. i thought this was very wierd but also i have been ill for 2 weeks with a chest infection (this is when my rash re-appeared after 4 months)and thought this could have triggered it. but now i have got rid of the chest infection, the rash is still appearing.

i wash my clothes with 'non-bio' liquid+powder so hopefully this hasnt contributed towards the rash appearing.

does anyone have any suggestions towards getting rid of it? or are there any certain soap/gels i should use in the shower which will relieve me of this?

i dont want to give away personal information but i am 16 and live in a sort of countryside (no cities near my house). my mum thinks that this allergy has occured because of my age going through puberty and other stuff like that.
