severe myopia and lattice degeneration in the retina Page 2 of 2

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I haven´t had the oportunity to talk to my doctor, but from what I have researched, for high myopia the only answer traditional medicine provides for high myopic adults besides preventive laser surgery is 'scleral buckling' or scleroplasty. It´s idication probably depends on the case...Homeopathy seems to have several remedies, I´m still investigating...Can anyone provide input based on personal experiences?

Wishing everyone the best, Sofia.

How much of a role would miasms play in cases of high myopia...

If you remove the effect of individual miasms or combinations that may be in play (ie. by taking psorium, tuberculinum, medorinhum, carsinosan and syphillinum high potency - 1 dose), the indicated remedy like physostigma or pilocarpus or the constitutional remedy may work more efficiently to resolve the problem.

Often for eye problems there are blockages that prevent the indicated remedies from doing their job.

Comments anyone...

I also have lattice degeneration in my right eye and I had a retainal detachment in my left eye which, in a freak of nature, healed itself. My problems are due to myopia/vitreous detachment.

I take supplements to help my eyes like Bilberry, Collagen II (which contains hylaluronic acid, a component of vitreous humor) and a product called Extension Vision. These can be bought from a company called Vitamin Research Products. (I am not affilated with the company.)

I think these products are responsible for keeping me from being blind.

Look into Goji. From my web research I found information that asserts that Goji has Zeaxanthin and other properties that heal and fortify the retina. You Tube has some videos about it. Also Goji may increas the body's production of interleukin so may help healing overall. Goji with the thick red berry pulp okay but I found that the variety grown in Hawaii that is mostly strained of the thick red pulp to be superior. Hawaiian Goji taste like raisins so not too bad. There are a lot of testimonials about Goji and eye health so do a google. I pray that this information will help you.
Keep the faith.

Please also look into the Reckeweg Combination 78. This along with Gelsemium (frequent) doses) should help. Combination 78 has more than 13-14 medicines for eye.
